Return of Items

• IN-STORE PURCHASES : Fourteen (14) days to return an item from the date of purchase.

• DELIVERY ITEMS :Fourteen (14) days to return an item from the date it was received by the purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser.

• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• We only facilitate return of items with manufacture defects only.

Refunds/Returns/Exchange

All Refunds/Returns/Exchange will be settled at the physical store located at LP71 Mission Road Freeport (Near Freeport Police Station)

We do not facilitate re-shipping of items. You must come into the store so that the item can be inspected and your issue can be resolved IMMEDIATELY (Opening hours of store : 10am -5pm, Mon – Sat)
